So I was talking in LU's chat the day the spoiler about Elizabeth's 2003 pregnancy came out. Of course, as Liason fans we were justiably freaked about the possibilities of a LiRic baby, but because we're real people and not nameless sheep following some idiot, we calmed down and looked at it rationally.

Nothing that has happened after April 20, 2003 on the show has happened. Elizabeth and Ric are not on good terms and she did not take the news of his other life well at all. She is pregnant. Jason and Courtney are not engaged and not living together. Emily isn't sick or on drugs or anything. She got back together with Zander as soon as she came home. Summer found her brother, after Emily stepped in with Nikolas. Her brother lives in Europe. Nikolas and Lucky are on good terms and Summer and Lucky are dating. Laura is still away at the clinic.
